Rainy days call for a recipe swap

Shan's famous coffee cake...I don't make this for just us very often because of the sour cream in it, but when there's an outing it is often requested and always a hit!

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together:
1 1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 c sour cream
3 large eggs
3/4 c oil
2 tsp vanilla
3 c flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Pour half of the batter into a 9 x 13 greased pan.  Set aside.

In a separate bowl mix together:
3/4 c packed brown sugar
1 3/4 tsp cinnamon
Sprinkle 1/3 of the mixture onto batter in pan.
Pour the rest of the batter into the pan sprinkle the remaining sugar mixture onto cake.
Bake for about 45 minutes.
Let cool.

Combine 1/2 c powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla, & a few tsp of water.  When mixture is smooth drizzle over cake, and enjoy!

Now it's your turn what yumminess do you create on rainy days?
